I’m uncertain how the Board, Administrators, teachers, community members/taxpayers, parents and students can comprehend this “crosswalk”. Better to spend time fixing job #1, the Madison school district’s long standing reading problems.

  1. Our growing number of students that fail attend the same schools with the same teachers as our students that achieve,we continue to focus on our students, our teachers, our curriculum, our budget and our Superintendents but never the major cause of student failure which Is impaired and non-existing parenting. Unless we ask for help outside our usual educational establishment,we will continue to fail our students.
