Last week, I posted an item that asked readers for their suggestions on how to reform Michigan schools. It drew a good number of comments, and I’ll be posting some of them later this week.
But today I’m offering offering more food for thought, in the form of a memo written by my good friend Tim Bartik, an economist for the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and a former school board president for Kalamazoo Public Schools.
