Bravo to the board members who asked the task force to tackle how the MMSD forumlas work and how they’re implemented.
Two things struck me from watching the video:
1) Everyone seemed to agree that the administration has not implemented the current policies;
2) The board has never been willing to examine either the policy or the implementation.
