The unresponsive taxpayer supported Madison School District

She quotes the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council, which gave the district a “No Friend of Openness” Award earlier this week: “It’s rare for a public institution that depends on taxpayer support to be as awful as this one when it comes to public records and accountability.”
