… and argue Murray and Shaw’s article doesn’t hold up without its idiosyncratic definition of sex. I’ll also highlight where I share their concerns. In an upcoming post I’ll write about legal academia more broadly and its failure to debate (and therefore understand) transgender legal issues.
Who’s Who
SCR is among the most prestigious law journals in America. Its publisher brags that it is the top constitutional law journal. Unlike most of its peers, which are edited by law students, SCR is run by distinguished faculty. Baude, the SCR editor who is listed as its contact, teaches at the University of Chicago Law School. He clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts.
