Portage, WI Schools Sell Buildings
This year, the District will educate former Lewiston and Endeavor students at Woodridge Primary School for kindergartners and first graders and John Muir Elementary School for students in second through fifth grades. All four district schools, which include Bartels Middle and Portage High Schools, are on a campus on Portage’s north side. The district no longer has schools outside city limits.
The School District of Wisconsin Dells also closed an elementary school last year. The former Lake Delton Elementary School is being demolished. Its students will attend Wisconsin Dells Elementary School, formerly Spring Hill Elementary, on the east side of Wisconsin Dells this school year.
