Litigation on Racist Scholarships
Separate But Equal @UWMadison. Today we sued the University over 20 race-based scholarships. The institute is representing two plaintiffs. One is an association of Wisconsin taxpayers called Citizens Defending Liberty. The other is Young America’s Foundation, a national conservative student organization led by former Republican Gov. Scott Walker with a chapter at UW-Madison.
