Former Madison teacher facing federal child porn charges
A former Madison School District teacher brought up on state child porn and exploitation charges is now facing federal charges as well.
David C. Fawcett, 58, of Madison, exchanged sexually explicit messages and images with a 15-year-old Texas girl last summer, according to a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Circuit Court on Feb. 6.
On Feb. 18, a federal grand jury indicted him on two counts of producing child pornography.
