civics: “I don’t understand why Madison is making this argument. It’s preposterous”
For the 1st time ever, the Wisc. Elections Commission filed a “friend of the court” brief. Why? Because the City of Madison was essentially arguing they didn’t have to count absentee ballots. Which is preposterous.
