Wauwatosa schools’ $4,000,000 budget error
New Wauwatosa School District chief financial officer Scot Ecker said in a report to the School Board’s finance and resource committee that there was an over $4 million error in budgeting for the 2024-25 school year. This comes as district voters prepare to vote in November on a referendum seeking tens of millions of dollars in additional operating funds, as well as for capital projects.
