Milwaukee k-12 governance and $pending
MPS is breaking the law. The shared revenue bill, signed into law as Act 13, included a provision that:
“Beginning January 1, 2024, the school board shall ensure that not fewer than 25 school resource officers are present at schools during normal school hours”.
I want to assure you that the safety of our students and staff has been and continues to be of the utmost importance.
