Notes on School Discipline and “choice”
There seems to be a belief that public schools in Wisconsin can never remove students permenantly for discipline issues. This is used as a contrast to #SchoolChoice–where the myth of willy-nilly expulsion is rampant. But public schools do expel kids. (1/3)
