Mandates, adults and children

Playgrounds closed, so kids bodies’ stagnate.
Schools closed, so their education stagnates.
Libraries closed, so their minds stagnate.
Separated from parents if they fall ill, so their emotions stagnate.

For families, Hong Kong is a city of sadness.
