Our local middle school was hit twice by graffiti in the past week, which was removed promptly on each occasion after a police visit. I wondered what some of the strange symbols and numbers meant, ignorant me thinking it was just silly kids spraying coded nonsense. After seeing this article, I visited some websites which explain the meaning of various gangs' graffiti and realized with sinking heart that this was definitely gang graffiti.
